The 803-MC Invar Kit extends the range of optical tooling scales for precise measurement of larger or hard-to-reach areas. It works with calibration scales like the 6000-CM to support accurate 3D measurement systems. Its low thermal expansion minimizes length changes from handling or temperature, ensuring reliable measurements even when equipment is in operation.

 

The 803-MC Invar Kit features precision metric Invar tubing with a protective polyvinyl coating for durability and easy cleaning. Tubes are color-coded yellow and manufactured to a tight length tolerance of ±0.003 mm. Carefully selected components ensure the total stack length stays within specified error limits when assembled end-to-end. Lengths range from 25 mm to 2800 mm in 125 mm increments, with ends designed for accurate measurement and repeatable contact on machine surfaces.
