Do you pick up and deliver?
We do offer personal pickup and delivery in the Chicagoland area. For out of area/state shipping, our preferred carrier is UPS. Shipping rates and options are provided at checkout.Â
Do you rent or provide loaner equipment?
We do rent equipment. Rental quotes are provided upon request. We also offer loaners for most equipment that's being serviced during it's warranty period.Â
How does shipping work?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations or Next Day Air.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.Â
