Q. How can I contact you for service or support?

A. We can be reached by phone at (708)482-8888, from 7:30am-5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday. You can also reach us online by using the contact us form found here.

Q. Do you pick up and deliver?

A. We do offer personal pickup and delivery in the Chicagoland area. For out of area/state shipping, our preferred carrier is UPS. Shipping rates and options are provided at checkout.

Q. Do you rent or provide loaner equipment?

A. We do rent equipment. Rental quotes are provided upon request. We also offer loaners for most equipment that's being serviced during it's warranty period.
